Samurai Measuring Sword
A small measuring ruler for your samurai wargames, shaped like a sword from old Japan. The blade has divisions to mark 6 inches on the back edge, and also on the cutting edge's crescent marks. The hilt can also be used to measure another 3 inches, giving a total of 9 inches in length.
The blade can also be left unglued, if you wish to remove it during play and measure with total accuracy.
Two versions of the sword hilt are included, featuring cloth effect binding and decorative tsuba hand guard. A second version of the hilt also features mounting points for small clan symbols. Takeda clan symbols (the four-diamond motif) are included in the set; please see CG images or the black and white photo for an example.
If you prefer to personalise your sword, you can substitute any of the alternate clan symbols from the Samurai Clan Symbols Set (available separately), printing those at 40% size.
