Necrontyr Pathways & Bridges available NOW!!

2018-06-21 by David

Feel like your Necron board is missing something? Here's a new terrain set to connect all the different pieces together!

  Necrontyr Pathway & Bridges Set

The set contains roads, columns and bridge sections....

£ Here's our favourite photo of the Necron-themed terrain pieces grouped with the new Pathways & Bridges Set.

£ Ned the Necron definitely feels more at home now he has somewhere to walk his robo-dog in the mornings.

This is the larger of the step sections with a straight road section elevated up on top of the bridge columns. Almost none of this set requires glue, so you can disassemble the terrain each time, ready for the next game!

£ On the left of this picture you can see the sloped end piece, with the large engraved Necrontyr symbol. This piece is intended to smoothly blend the road in with the level of your board.

I painted it with glowing green acrylic, to match our Robot-City board (from Frontline Gaming), and our other Necron-themed terrain.

£ Also included in the set is this short extra road section, designed to fit inside the doorway of our Necrontyr Pyramid. You could even connect it to the pyramid steps, and have dice bounce down the road onto your table!

£ In addition to the full 75mm height steps section, the set also includes this 25mm version, designed to be used with our 50mm height Necrontyr Modular Hills.

In the photo you can see that this bridge section doesn't actually need support columns underneath it - the 5mm rare-earth magnets give it just enough strength to hold in place on its own for short distances.

£ This set adds some great multi-level terrain to your tables, with a variety of columns and accessories to make it unique every time.

£ The basic road sections in the set. These were all printed at 0.2mm layers, with 'ironing' turned on in my Cura slicer, to smooth over the top road surface.

£ ... and the non-road sections.... two versions of the steps, two versions of the bridge supports (in and out-facing), support beams, two versions of columns and four versions of removable plinths.
