Wow - yesterday's pyramid release got a good response, so it's on to the next terrain set.
The Necrontyr Power Generators set includes two different generator models - the smaller one (!) has just come off the printer, and looks great!
£ Happily, it's pretty much a one-piece print, with just the dome for the inside printing separately. And the smaller size means that I could take a little more time printing it, for much cleaner results - this was printed at 0.1mm layer height, and took about 7 hours or so.
The engraved panels on the side came out beautifully, and the channel cuts for the LEDs are clean - so I'm super happy with this one! I can see these looking fantastic in sets of 2 or 4 on the tabletop, as giant battery banks!
£ So here's the Necrontyr terrain collection as it stands this morning. If you look closely enough, you might be able to make out the bigger power generator too....
Anyway, the Power Generator set should be painted up and available for download by the weekend!
